Absolutely! You can easily add staff to your Paiid account, enabling them to download the app directly to their device and start accepting payments immediately from their location. You can also view your entire business's transaction history and data on one centralised dashboard.

Click the menu icon on the top left of the 'Make a Sale' page in the app, select 'Transactions' and then find the transaction you wish to refund.
